These Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls were adapted from my Sourdough dinner roll recipe with a few tweaks! They came out super fluffy and so good they don't stick around for long. They are very easy to make if you have a bread machine handy. I have enjoyed creating sourdough recipes at home since I started this journey.
These rolls are possibly the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had! They are perfectly done.
These rolls can be made with sourdough discard, so your starter is not waiting to reach its peak to start baking. I had no idea the amount of things that I could create with sourdough discard. You can make so much more than just a loaf of bread. I have tried bagels, pretzels, tortillas, rolls, cinnamon rolls, and bread. The extra flavor and texture from the sourdough has been refreshing!
